Under the patronage of the Prince of the Eastern Province, His Royal Highness Prince Saud bin Nayef bin Abdulaziz, the activities of the Restatex Eastern Province Real Estate Exhibition 2023 were inaugurated by His Excellency the Deputy Minister of Municipal Rural Affairs and Housing, Engineer Abdullah bin Mohammed Al-Badir. The new edition of the "Restatex Eastern Province Real Estate 2023" exhibition witnessed wide participation from major real estate development and marketing companies, as well as financial institutions, Saudi banks, and relevant government bodies. This reflects the importance of the real estate sector, which is considered one of the main contributors to the Saudi economy.
His Excellency the Deputy Minister of Municipal Rural Affairs and Housing, the Deputy Governor of the Eastern Province, and the Chairman of the Eastern Province Chamber of Commerce toured the exhibition, visiting the booths of government entities and participating companies. They were able to explore the latest real estate projects in the Eastern Province, which are being implemented according to the highest quality standards and unique architectural designs that meet the aspirations of Saudi families and contribute to improving their quality of life.
They also learned about the latest special financing offers provided by Saudi banks to exhibition visitors, aimed at enabling Saudi families to own homes easily and conveniently. This initiative aims to increase the homeownership rate to 70% by 2030, in line with the goals of the Housing Program, one of the programs of Vision 2030.
The exhibition will include a number of workshops covering various topics, such as "Investment Opportunities in the Eastern Province and Entrepreneurial Projects," "First Home and Ownership Opportunities," "The Future of Real Estate Technology," and "An Introduction to Real Estate Mediation." These workshops will be attended by His Excellency the Secretary of the Eastern Province, the Secretary of Al-Ahsa Governorate, and the CEO of the Quality of Life Program Center, in addition to several officials, stakeholders, and experts in the public and private real estate sectors.
Distinguished speakers in the workshops will discuss the latest developments and updates in the Saudi real estate sector, new investment trends in real estate development and housing projects, state-of-the-art innovations in construction, housing finance programs, and future demand expectations.
