The Sakani program continued delivering housing units to Saudi families benefiting from the Pearl of Homes project in Yanbu Governorate. The program has completed the delivery of 530 residential villas to the project beneficiaries to date, after the completion of work on the delivered units and the connection of services and infrastructure. This is within the framework of the program’s keenness to deliver housing units to Saudi families benefiting from housing projects as soon as they are completed, in an effort to achieve the objectives of the Housing Program – one of the programs of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 – to raise the rate of homeownership to 70% by 2030, stressing that work is underway to deliver the remaining units to the beneficiaries in the project after their completion.
The project provides 1,182 residential units in the form of villas of various designs and styles, divided into 5 categories, each with its own unique characteristics that distinguish it in terms of space and internal division of facilities. The project is considered a suitable option for Saudi families wishing to settle in quiet coastal areas, and it is distinguished by its strategic location north of Yanbu Al-Bahr city and by its designs that combine authenticity and modernity.
“Pearl of Homes” adopts modern building methods and techniques, as it has used the technology of precast insulated concrete(IPS), which is characterized by its high quality, effective insulation, and energy savings, in addition to its contribution to increasing the lifespan of buildings, in order to enable Saudi families to find a home that meets aspirations in record time with high quality and competitive cost.
The total area of the project is 706,960 m2, where many service sites have been allocated for government agencies, mosques, schools, parks, green spaces and commercial facilities, which will create integrated, modern and sustainable communities that provide quality of life and well-being for the residents.
It is worth mentioning that the “Sakani” website and application offers a variety of housing facilities and services, including: real estate consultant, issuing real estate transaction tax certificates for the first home, obtaining price quotes from financing entities, issuing land contracts electronically, benefiting from engineering design services and the “approved contractor”, electronic financing services and the “real estate market”, as well as registration and immediate eligibility, and issuing building permits electronically.
