"Sakani" announces that 92% of free land plots were reserved within a week of their launch.

The Sakani program announced that 92% of the residential land plots it offered last week in a number of schemes have been reserved. These plots were made available for reservation free of charge through its website and electronic application to Saudi families benefiting from the program in 6 regions. This comes within the framework of continuous efforts to improve the affordability of housing, in order to achieve the goals of the Housing Program - one of the programs of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 - to raise the rate of homeownership to 70% by 2030.

The program explained in a press statement today that 3,685 residential plots were reserved during the first week of offering 3,982 free plots distributed across 7 schemes. “Sakani” made available 1,788 plots in the Al-Madain scheme in Hail, 734 plots in the Hurmah-1308 scheme in Al-Majma’ah Governorate, 479 plots in the Al-Kharj Housing scheme, 378 plots in the Multaqa Al-Wadi scheme in Madinah, 246 plots in the Wahat Qarya scheme in Qarya Al-Ulya Governorate in the Eastern Province, 203 plots in the Durrat Al-Khamis scheme in Khamis Mushait Governorate, and 154 plots in the Wahat Al-Jalil scheme in Taif Governorate.

“Sakani” called on beneficiaries wishing to obtain the residential land option to visit the website through the link https://sakani.sa or download the smart device application, in order to benefit from a range of housing options and financing solutions provided by the program through easy and convenient electronic procedures, with the aim of raising the rate of residential ownership to 70% by the year 2030.

“Sakani” confirmed its continued commitment to offering more residential plots to beneficiaries registered in the program, noting that all available plots from the “Sakani” program provide integrated infrastructure, which focuses on providing services and facilities to meet the aspirations of Saudi families, including green spaces, gardens, and sites designated for commercial services and public facilities.
