"Sakani" delivers 567 housing units to beneficiary Saudi families in the Qatif Homes project

The Sakani program announced the handover of 567 housing units to Saudi families benefiting from the Qatif Homes project, after the completion of construction work and the delivery of services and infrastructure to the project, as part of the program’s commitment to delivering the units to beneficiaries as soon as they are completed. The remaining units will be delivered to beneficiaries after the completion of construction and implementation work, the delivery of services, and the completion of the infrastructure.
This comes as a result of the effective partnership with the private sector through the Partnerships Program,which aims to provide diverse housing solutions and products that meet the needs of citizens at competitive, subsidized prices, in an effort to achieve the objectives of the Housing Program – one of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 programs – by raising the ownership rate to 70% by 2030.
The handover of units in the Qatif Homes project comes as a continuation of what was previously handed over within a number of projects under construction that the Eastern Province is witnessing, and it is expected that more projects will be handed over to beneficiaries in the coming days, within the framework of keenness to enable Saudi families to own their first home and benefit from the diverse housing options provided by “Sakani”.
The Qatif Homes project is located in the housing district of Qatif city. It consists of 942 residential units in four different models to suit all tastes and meet the needs of all families, with prices starting from 420,000 riyals. The completion rate for the entire project reached 85% by the end of last September. The off-plan sales and leasing program “Wafi” supervises the implementation stages and monitors the completion rates.
It is worth mentioning that the "Sakani" website and application offers a variety of housing facilities and services, including: real estate advisor, issuance of real estate transaction tax certificates for the first home, obtaining price quotes from financing entities, issuing land contracts electronically, benefiting from engineering design services and the "approved contractor" service, electronic financing service and the "real estate market", as well as registration and immediate eligibility, and issuing building permits electronically.
