As part of its ongoing efforts to develop an integrated residential experience, “Sakani” announced the launch of a number of community initiatives during the holy month of Ramadan, as part of its efforts to promote social cohesion and support positive neighborliness concepts within residential neighborhoods.
These initiatives are an extension of Sakani's role as a comprehensive real estate platform that strives to build vibrant communities that enhance quality of life through innovative digital solutions that support communication and interaction among residents. In this context, Sakani offers the "Seventh Neighbor" service through its application, enabling users to get to know their neighbors and communicate with them by sending various electronic greetings, in addition to creating customized events that contribute to stimulating community participation and strengthening social bonds in an organized and secure manner.
The next phases of service development also include enabling the sending of gifts between neighbors via the application, which supports strengthening social relationships more deeply and enhances the values of solidarity and harmony, especially during social occasions.
