Sakani's digital platforms recorded an average of 150,000 monthly interactions during the first quarter of 2022

The “Sakani” digital platforms recorded a remarkable record interaction during the first quarter of this year 2022, with more than 150,000 monthly interactions through the Beneficiary Care account on Twitter, the “Sakani” website and application, and the unified call center 199090. This is part of the efforts made to facilitate the procedures for owning the first home for Saudi families with ease and convenience, with the aim of reaching a rate of 70% by 2030, in fulfillment of the objectives of the Housing Program - one of the programs of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 -.

The unified call center for beneficiary care, 199090, responded during the last quarter to more than 262,000 calls, with a daily average of 3,000 calls, to inquire about the program’s services, which include immediate eligibility, booking and viewing residential units and lands, price offers from financing entities, and other housing services provided by “Sakani”.

The number of visits via the “Sakani” application during the past three months exceeded 1.4 million visits. The “Sakani” application enables Saudi families to benefit from the electronic services and integrated housing solutions it provides to facilitate the procedures for benefiting, including: “Electronic financing”, “Real Estate Market”, “Real Estate Advisor”, and issuing “Real Estate Transaction Tax” certificates, through smart devices.

The Beneficiary Care account on Twitter ( @SaudiHousingCC ) also interacted during the last quarter with more than 105,000 tweets and inquiries from citizens at a rate of 1,200 daily interactions, which included answering questions about the housing options and solutions provided by “Sakani” from subsidized loans to purchase ready-made housing units, under construction, self-build, and the option of residential land, as part of the program’s efforts to provide services and solutions that facilitate homeownership for Saudi families.

The “Sakani” website processed 11,320 requests and inquiries through the “Contact Us” service, and about 4,470 objections were processed through the “Talk to Me” icon on the “Sakani” platform ( sakani.sa ) through the direct chat service with beneficiary service employees. The “Sakani” application and website showcase 115 housing projects that provide about 150,000 housing units of various designs and sizes with average prices of 700,000 riyals, and about 223 housing plans that provide more than 180,000 plots of land in most of the cities and governorates of the Kingdom.

It is worth mentioning that the “Sakani” program announced that more than 225,000 Saudi families benefited during the past year 2021, including more than 186,000 families who moved into their homes. A family also benefited from the program during the month of January, including 18,890 families who moved into their homes. “Sakani” aims to benefit 180,000 families during 2022 from the various financing and housing options and solutions, including 130,000 families who move into their homes.
