The Saudi Real Estate Development and Ownership Exhibition “Serido 2026” kicked off today, Monday, at the Al-Dara Hall in Dammam, from May 4 to 6, under the patronage of the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing, with wide participation from governmental and private entities related to the real estate sector, in addition to the presence of a select group of real estate developers, financing entities, and experts and specialists in the fields of real estate development and investment.
The fourth edition of the "Serido" exhibition is a specialized platform that showcases the latest trends in the real estate market in the Kingdom, and highlights investment opportunities and quality projects, in addition to supporting direct communication between developers and beneficiaries, which contributes to enhancing the vitality of the sector and raising its efficiency.
The Ministry of Municipalities and Housing’s sponsorship and participation in the exhibition comes as an extension of its efforts to empower the real estate sector, support residential ownership programs, stimulate partnership with the private sector, and raise the quality of real estate offerings, which contributes to achieving the objectives of the Housing Program – one of the programs of Saudi Vision 2030 – and enhances the sustainability of urban development in various regions of the Kingdom.
The exhibition will feature a number of dialogue sessions and specialized workshops that will discuss real estate development topics, modern technologies in the sector, as well as financing solutions and investment opportunities, reflecting the rapid development witnessed by the real estate sector in the Kingdom and keeping pace with its future aspirations.
The exhibition continues to welcome visitors for three days, offering an integrated experience that combines showcasing real estate opportunities, building partnerships, and learning about the latest practices in the real estate development and finance sector, thereby enhancing the attractiveness of the real estate market and supporting its growth and sustainability in the Kingdom.
