Signing several strategic partnerships to develop human capital and increase Saudization rates in the municipal and housing sectors

The Ministry of Municipal Rural Affairs and Housing has signed several agreements aimed at empowering national human resources and increasing Saudization rates in the municipal and housing sectors. These agreements were signed with the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation (TVTC), the National Academy of Construction, Tilal Real Estate Company, and Saudi Technical Institute for Electricity Services. The signing ceremony was held under the patronage of His Excellency the Minister of Municipal Rural Affairs and Housing, Mr. Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogail.

The first agreement, signed with TVTC, aims to enhance cooperation by studying the current situation of the municipal and housing sectors, aligning training and qualification programs for targeted jobs in Saudization project, and collaborating on feasibility studies to launch strategic partnerships that contribute to increasing training, qualification, Saudization, and the development of national cadres in the sectors overseen by the Ministry of Municipal Rural Affairs and Housing. 

It also aims to cooperate in exchanging experiences, knowledge, research findings, and studies in the fields of training, qualification, Saudization, and quality in the municipal and housing sectors, serving the shared aspirations and goals between the parties. TVTC was represented by the Vice Governor of Planning & Business Development at Technical and Vocational Training Corporation, Ms. Reem Almugbel, in this agreement.

The second agreement, signed with the Saudi Technical Institute for Electricity Services, aims to cooperate in training and employing job seekers, creating suitable training opportunities, and developing skills through advanced training programs. This aims to contribute to the development of specialized human capabilities in the sectors overseen by MOMRAH. The agreement was represented by the CEO of the Institute, Dr. Khalid Al-Samili.

The third agreement, signed with the National Academy of Construction, aims to develop and enhance human capital, increase the participation of Saudi youth, and empower them to work in the municipal and housing sectors. It includes conducting workshops to support and stimulate training, skills development, and monitoring the trainee's progress after the training period, as well as ensuring the measurement of training outcomes. The agreement was represented by the Director of the Academy, Dr. Mohammed Al-Ghamdi.

The fourth agreement, signed with Tilal Real Estate Company, focuses on increasing Saudization rates, contributing to the creation of suitable job and training opportunities, and increasing the participation of national cadres in the real estate sector. The agreement was represented by the Director of Operations Management, Mr. Mohammed Ahmed Al-Shuwaier.

These agreements are part of the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing's efforts to establish strategic partnerships and enhance integration between various government and private sectors. They aim to develop human capabilities, improve skills, and increase Saudization rates in various sectors under the supervision of the ministry.
