"الأراضي البيضاء": 5 أيام على انتهاء مهلة تسجيل الأراضي للمرحلة الثانية في مكة وجدة وحاضرة الدمام

The White Land Program confirmed that the deadline for the second phase of the fees in Makkah, Jeddah and the Dammam metropolitan area is 5 days from now, calling on landowners in the three cities to quickly register their lands on the electronic portal for the White Land Fees.

The program explained in a press statement today that the penalty for not registering within the specified deadline is up to 100% of the fee value, in addition to paying the fees due, indicating that the mechanism for evaluation and estimating the value of the land and the fee due can be viewed by visiting the website idlelands.housing.gov.sa .

The program announced in recent days that the deadline for registering lands subject to the second phase of white land fees in Jeddah, Makkah, and the Dammam metropolitan area is nearing its end. As of today, only 5 days remain until the end of the registration deadline. It clarified that land owned by more than one owner with a single deed is subject to fees according to each partner's share. After the registration period ends and the invoice is issued, objections to the fees can be raised, and evidence of impediments to applying the fees can be submitted .

The program enabled beneficiaries to inquire about the existence of an existing fee on any undeveloped land using only the deed number through the website for undeveloped land fees, stressing that the goal of imposing the fees is to increase the supply of developed land in order to achieve a balance between supply and demand, provide residential land at reasonable prices, protect fair competition and reduce monopoly, and landowners must register their land within the regulatory deadline to avoid a penalty for non-registration.

It is worth noting that the first phase of land fees includes undeveloped land with an area of 10,000 m2 or more, and the second phase includes developed land with an area of 10,000 m2 or more, and the total land for one owner with an area of more than 10,000 m in one plan, and in the third phase fees will be imposed on developed land with an area of 5,000 m2 or more, as well as the total developed land for one owner with an area of 10,000 m2 or more in one city.
