خلال 10 أيام.. "سكني" يسلم أكثر من 2400 وحدة سكنية للأسر السعودية

The “Sakani” program revealed that more than 2,400 housing units were delivered to Saudi families benefiting from the program during the past 10 days, indicating that the delivery phase in the projects is continuing in various regions of the Kingdom, noting that what was achieved comes as a result of the effective partnership with the private sector through the Partnerships Program to provide diverse housing solutions and products that meet the needs of Saudi families at competitive subsidized prices, in an effort to achieve the objectives of the Housing Program – one of the programs of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 – to raise the rate of homeownership to 70% by 2030.

The program explained that the handover took place in a number of projects, as 594 housing units were handed over in the Oasis of Thursday project, 450 housing units in the Sea View project, 530 housing units were handed over to beneficiaries in the Pearl of Homes project, and 112 housing units in the Al-Jawhara Towers project, in addition to the handover of all housing units in the Mad Housing project, which is located in the city of Dammam and consists of 728 units.

“Sakani” confirmed that there are projects in which all housing units have been fully delivered to the beneficiary Saudi families, noting that work is currently underway to complete the implementation of the remaining units and projects in preparation for handing them over to the beneficiaries after the delivery of services, completion of the infrastructure and handover of public facilities to the concerned authorities.

The residential projects currently under construction in various regions of the Kingdom enjoy the availability of commercial, educational, health and security services and facilities, in addition to green spaces, parks, children’s playgrounds and places designated for practicing sports, which gives Saudi families benefiting from these projects quality of life, well-being and stability.

It is worth noting that the Sakani program announced its target of delivering approximately 30,000 housing units to Saudi families in the coming period, indicating that the delivery of units in housing projects being implemented under the supervision of the “Wafi” program is continuing daily in various regions of the Kingdom, in an effort by the program to achieve the objectives of the Housing Program – one of the programs of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 – by raising the ownership rate to 70% by 2030.
