The Sakani program delivered 641 housing units to Saudi families benefiting from the Talal Al Khamis project, after the completion of construction work and the provision of services and infrastructure to them, as part of the program’s commitment to delivering the units to beneficiaries as soon as they are completed, with the remaining units to be delivered to beneficiaries after the completion of construction and implementation work, provision of services and completion of infrastructure.
This comes as a result of the effective partnership with the private sector through the Partnerships Program, which aims to provide diverse housing solutions and products that meet the needs of citizens at competitive, subsidized prices, in an effort to achieve the objectives of the Housing Program – one of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 programs – by raising the ownership rate to 70% by 2030.
The Khamis Hills project is strategically located in Khamis Mushait Governorate, near shopping centers, and is less than half an hour away from Abha Airport and King Khalid University. It consists of 816 residential units on an area of 83,157 m2. Upon completion, the project will provide schools for children, commercial centers, mosques, green spaces, civil defense centers, police centers, recreational services and all infrastructure services.
It is characterized as an integrated residential community that provides its residents with all services and means for better living. The design of the Talal Al Khamis project is based on combining the old Arab style with the modern style, as the complex contains two models of residential buildings, and the models of residential apartments vary in the form of (single floor, duplex, townhouse) with different areas to suit the desires of different Saudi families.
