The White Land Fees Program issued invoices for the seventh cycle of the first phase in Jeddah for the year 1444/1445 AH, calling on the owners of the lands concerned to take the initiative to develop their lands or pay within one year from the date of issuance of the fee invoice .

The program explained in a press statement today that failure to pay within the specified period will result in a penalty of up to 100% of the fee value, in addition to the obligation to pay the outstanding fees. It is possible to inquire using only the deed number about the existence of an existing fee on any undeveloped land, as well as details of the billing cycles related to cities subject to the system, by visiting the program's website via the link idlelands.housing.gov.sa . It is also possible to view the evaluation mechanism and estimate the value of the land and the fee due through the website .

The program had announced the issuance of fees for the second phase of white land fees in Jeddah, Makkah, and the Dammam metropolitan area, stressing that failure to develop the land or pay within the specified period will result in a fine of up to 100% of the fee value, and that the fees apply to land owned by more than one owner with one deed, so that the fee is imposed on each owner according to his share of the land .

It is worth noting that the first phase of land fees was allocated to undeveloped land with an area of 10,000 m2 or more, and the second phase includes developed land with an area of 10,000 m2 or more, as well as the total land for one owner that amounts to 10,000 m2 or more in one plan, and in the third phase fees will be imposed on developed land with an area of 5,000 m2 or more, as well as the total developed land for one owner that amounts to 10,000 m2 or more in one city.
