The Sakani program is participating in the “Cityscape Global 2024” exhibition, which is being held in Riyadh from November 11 to 14, 2024, at the Riyadh Exhibition and Convention Center (Mulham). Through its participation, the program aims to showcase the latest innovative housing solutions and exclusive services that facilitate homeownership for Saudi families.
The “Sakani” pavilion will provide visitors and beneficiaries with exceptional experiences including instant booking of housing units, specialized financing consultations, a comprehensive review of available housing projects in various regions of the Kingdom, in addition to interactive digital experiences that facilitate the ownership process for beneficiaries.

The second edition of Cityscape Global 2024 will feature over 400 exhibitors from various countries, including Saudi and international architectural, consulting, and investment firms, as well as engineers and planners, in addition to a range of companies specializing in the construction sector.
