The Sakani program concluded its participation in Cityscape Global 2024, held in Riyadh from November 11-14, 2024, having welcomed over 62,000 visitors. Sakani showcased its services to all visitors, whether citizens or residents, seeking homeownership or investment opportunities. The program offered numerous exclusive deals and gifts in collaboration with over 50 partners across various sectors, including finance, furniture, and home appliances. At its pavilion, Sakani provided self-service kiosks, enabling visitors to specify their desired price range and projects, select their desired properties, and pay reservation fees within minutes. These kiosks also facilitated a new approach, allowing visiting family members to browse available units and make purchasing decisions together. During the exhibition, the Sakani app garnered over 65,000 downloads, while the Sakani platform received more than 51 million visits. Sakani's digital platforms enable Saudi families to reserve units through a comprehensive and streamlined homeownership journey, facilitating the completion of all necessary procedures. During its participation in Cityscape Global, "Sakani" reaffirmed its ongoing commitment to providing innovative solutions that serve the aspirations of both users and investors. It emphasized its continuous efforts to enhance the housing sector in the Kingdom by providing advanced digital services and strategic partnerships. These services contribute to increasing market efficiency, aligning with the objectives of the Housing Program – one of the programs under Saudi Vision 2030. Cityscape Global, which welcomed over 172,000 visitors and more than 400 exhibitors this year, is the world's largest real estate event, bringing together companies, government entities, and private sector organizations to showcase the latest innovations in the field.
