The Ministry of Municipalities and Housing, represented by the Human Resources Development Agency in the municipal and housing sectors, launched a new training program ending with employment for citizens in the profession of“group housing supervisor”, in cooperation with the Human Resources Development Fund. The program targets citizens who wish to work in the profession of group housing supervisor, and aims to qualify those enrolled in the program with the necessary skills and knowledge in accordance with the regulations and requirements related to group housing for individuals.After completing the program, the trainee will be responsible for securing all facilities related to housing individuals, following up on maintenance work for the residences, distributing individuals to the residences, following up on the application of regulatory rules and instructions governing group housing for individuals, preparing a database of resident individuals, providing basic services and aspects of safety and security in the housing, following up on the provision of medical services, and preparing and submitting work reports.The training program is subsidized by up to 50% and a maximum of 3,000 riyals of the salary, and is offered by the educational centers affiliated with a number of universities, namely (King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals, King Saud University, King Abdulaziz University, and Umm Al-Qura University).
