The Ministry of Municipalities and Housing has confirmed that objections to municipal violations, fines, and procedures are processed electronically through the "Unified Objections Platform" within a maximum of 15 days from the date of submission, in accordance with standardized procedures across the relevant regulatory bodies. This reflects the Ministry’s commitment to justice, transparency, and prompt response.

In a press release today, the Ministry explained that the platform allows users to submit and track their objections without the need to visit the Ministry's offices or affiliated municipalities, thereby streamlining procedures and enhancing the user experience.

Beneficiaries can file objections electronically for violations, fines, and municipal license requests via "Balady" platform or app, and track their request in real-time through the following link:

The platform’s services cover individuals—both citizens and residents—whether they are property owners or tenants, as well as commercial and service establishments, business sectors, real estate developers, and anyone subject to penalties stipulated in the Municipal Violations Regulation.

The Ministry continues to enhance its regulatory and legislative tools by standardizing inspection criteria, promoting digital transparency, and ensuring fairness for all stakeholders in processes related to licensing and municipal oversight.
