“Sakani” Records Over 580,000 Bookings as the Largest Off-Plan Sales Platform… Al-Hogail: This Achievement Reflects the Great Support from the Wise Leadership
The Sakani program revealed its latest statistics related to off-plan sales projects, highlighting the sector’s ongoing growth and the increasing demand for homeownership options through digital platforms and Sakani service centers across the Kingdom’s regions.
The Program reported more than 580,000 bookings across various regions, covering 623 housing projects that vary in design, size, and services. The total off-plan supply exceeded 248,000 housing units, reflecting strong confidence in the housing products offered.
His Excellency the Minister of Municipalities and Housing, Mr. Majed bin Abdullah Al-Hogail, affirmed that these figures embody the strength of partnerships with the private sector and align with the objectives of Vision 2030, enabling Saudi families to own their homes and providing diverse housing options that meet their needs. He stressed that these achievements reflect the great support from the wise leadership and reinforce citizens’ confidence in the Ministry’s digital solutions through Sakani platform, thereby contributing to increased supply and improved quality of life. Al-Hogail added: “What Sakani achieves today is the result of an integrated journey led by the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing in partnership with the private sector, and with the efforts of our young men and women who turned the Vision into tangible reality and clear results. Work continues to further enhance housing stability and quality of life, in line with the leadership’s aspirations and Vision 2030.”
Sakani CEO, Eng. Waleed Al-Harkan, highlighted that the digital platform aims to enhance the user experience by providing innovative services specifically designed for developers and users, alongside expanding financial solutions that offer multiple options and showcasing modern housing projects in an advanced manner that meets user aspirations.
