Kick-off of the Seredo 2025 Real Estate Exhibition in Jeddah
Abdulrahman Abdullah Al-Twail, Deputy Minister of Municipalities and Housing for Housing Supply Stimulation and Real Estate Development, inaugurated today the activities of the “Seredo2025” exhibition at “Jeddah Superdome,” with the wide participation of representatives from relevant government entities, leading real estate developers, financing institutions, as well as experts and specialists in the real estate and investment sector.
In his opening speech, Al-Twail emphasized that forecasts point to an increase in the volume of real estate financing in the coming period, which will positively impact real estate demand, market stability, and growth. He explained that the facilities and infrastructure provided in the Kingdom encourage real estate investment, which in turn requires expertise, planning, and analysis, in addition to a strong understanding of investment rules and principles. He also pointed out that real estate market indicators in the Kingdom are witnessing rapid growth.
The new edition of the exhibition aims to enhance the knowledge of those working in the real estate sector through a series of specialized workshops and seminars covering the latest experiences and best practices in real estate development and digital transformation. It also seeks to activate local and international partnerships and present innovative solutions that support the sector’s sustainability and contribute to increasing its efficiency.
The exhibition will see wide participation from major real estate development companies, along with banks and mortgage financing companies, showcasing their latest housing projects and financing solutions. This initiative aims to support homeownership programs, increase the housing supply, and boost quality investments in the local market.
