The regional secretariats clarified that paying outstanding financial dues (municipal fees and fines) is one of the basic requirements for completing the procedures for issuing, canceling, renewing, amending and suspending commercial licenses, in accordance with the Municipal Licensing Procedures System issued by Royal Decree No. M/59 dated 23/9/1435 AH.   And its executive regulations issued by Ministerial Resolution No. (1/4500665986) dated 05/08/1445 AH.

The secretariats call on owners of commercial establishments to settle their financial situations as soon as possible through the official approved channels, in order to improve the business environment and raise the rate of compliance with regulations and bylaws.
