The Sakani platform, affiliated with [unclear], launchedNHC Innovationhas launched the first version of its "Rental Behavior Index" service within the app, aiming to enhance transparency in the real estate market and improve the quality of digital transactions in the real estate rental sector. This service is accessible through the Sakani app..
The “Rental Behavior Index” comes in its first version for the tenant only, where it can issue an index of its behavior through a report based on accurate and reliable data, with an explanation of its performance in each axis, which helps to build a complete picture of its rental behavior during its period of dealing.
Sakani explained that tenants can easily access the report by logging into the Sakani app, selecting the "Rental Behavior" service from the quick access menu, and then logging in and requesting the report, which can be viewed or downloaded. The report is also available through the "Ejar" platform.
And it seeksNHC Innovationaims to enable landlords and real estate brokers to benefit from the service during the first quarter of 2026, as part of a strategic step that contributes to protecting the rights of parties involved in the rental process (landlord, tenant, real estate broker), facilitating the decision-making process, and providing assessment tools that help build more credible and sustainable transactions in the real estate market, thereby enhancing trust and raising the quality of transactions between parties in the Kingdom.
The “Rental Behavior Index” is based on five main axes for analyzing behavior, including a comprehensive analysis of tenant data, namely: regularity in paying rent payments, continuity of the lease contract for the same residential unit, financial solvency and ability to meet contractual obligations, communication behavior with the owner, landlord or real estate broker and quality of interaction, and finally compliance with regulations and instructions related to lease contracts.
