The Ministry of Municipalities and Housing signed a memorandum of cooperation with Al Bawani Limited, during the Cityscape Global 2025 exhibition held in Riyadh from November 17 to 20, with broad local and international participation in the real estate development and construction sector..
The memorandum aims to support localization efforts and develop human capabilities in the contracting sector, through the creation of high-quality training and qualification programs targeting Saudi youth in the fields of engineering, construction, and operational management, in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 in empowering national talent..
Under the memorandum, the ministry will collaborate with the company to identify job opportunities and required specializations according to approved job needs models, in addition to implementing a localization plan and monitoring its results periodically every three months, and coordinating with relevant authorities to provide training support and incentives that contribute to raising the efficiency of national cadres..
The memorandum also includes working to raise the skills of Saudi workers at municipal and construction project sites, and ensuring the sustainability of training and employment programs, which will contribute to reducing unemployment rates and expanding youth participation in the labor market..
This memorandum comes as part of the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing's initiatives to strengthen partnerships with major national companies and activate localization programs in the municipal and urban sector, contributing to building a competitive and stimulating work environment that achieves sustainable development and quality of life in Saudi cities..
