The Ministry of Municipalities and Housing is participating in the 23rd International Conference on Asset Management, Facilities and Maintenance, which is being held in Riyadh from January 12 to 14, 2026, to emphasize its role in developing the asset management system and raising the efficiency of municipal facilities and services, in line with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030 in sustainability and quality of life.

The Ministry’s participation aims to highlight its experience in adopting modern practices for managing assets and facilities, enhancing operational and maintenance efficiency, and reducing waste in resources, thereby contributing to achieving financial and operational sustainability for cities, and ensuring the continuity of high-quality municipal services in various regions of the Kingdom.

This participation comes within the framework of the Ministry’s direction to strengthen strategic partnerships with specialized local and international entities, benefit from global expertise, and exchange knowledge and best practices in the fields of asset and facilities management and maintenance, considering the conference as a scientific platform that brings together specialists, decision-makers and experts in this field.

The Ministry of Municipalities and Housing contributes to the conference's scientific program by participating in dialogue sessions and specialized workshops, reviewing its experiences in developing the asset, facilities and maintenance management system, and highlighting the development initiatives it implements to raise the efficiency of municipal assets and improve their operational sustainability.

The ministry is also participating with a pavilion in the exhibition accompanying the conference, through which it will showcase the most prominent projects, initiatives, and organizational and technical solutions that it applies in the field of asset and facility management, reflecting the scale of development that Saudi cities are witnessing, and enhancing the efficiency of municipal services and the quality of life for residents.

The ministry affirmed that its participation in the conference comes as an extension of its efforts to build an integrated system for managing assets and facilities, based on the concepts of efficiency and sustainability, supporting municipal transformation, and building cities that are more resilient and capable of meeting the needs of the present and ensuring their sustainability for future generations.
