The Ministry of Municipalities and Housing highlights its efforts in developing the real estate system at the Future Real Estate Forum 2026 in Riyadh.

The Ministry of Municipalities and Housing is participating in the Future Real Estate Forum 2026, which will be held in the capital, Riyadh, from January 26 to 28, 2026, at the Four Seasons Hotel, under the patronage of His Excellency Mr. Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogail, Minister of Municipalities and Housing and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the General Authority for Real Estate. This forum is one of the most prominent national and international platforms specializing in dialogue on the future of the real estate sector and the exchange of best practices with leading experts, investors, and decision-makers from within and outside the Kingdom.

Through its pavilion at the forum, the Ministry highlights its ongoing efforts to develop the real estate system with the aim of promoting sustainable growth and improving the quality of life, in line with its strategic goals and the objectives of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030, which gives the real estate sector a pivotal role in diversifying the sources of the economy, supporting investment, and securing suitable housing for citizens.

The Future Real Estate Forum 2026, held in its fifth edition under the theme "Expanding Horizons and Flourishing Real Estate," focuses on a range of major themes including global real estate market trends, smart urban development models, sustainability, digital transformation, and the role of modern legislation in attracting local and foreign investment.

The forum also discusses the impact of strategic development projects such as NEOM, the Red Sea, and other projects as integrated urban destinations that contribute to achieving long-term economic growth.

The ministry’s pavilion highlights the achievements of the real estate system in the Kingdom and its operational initiatives that have contributed to improving the investment environment, enhancing transparency, and regulating the real estate market, through the integration of legislation, the digitization of services, and the development of a real estate infrastructure that encourages national and international participation.

The ministry also highlights its smart city development initiatives and integrated projects that support the establishment of sustainable residential communities and stimulate job creation and economic development across various regions. The ministry's participation in the forum is part of its efforts to integrate the real estate, municipal, and housing sectors with its partners in the public and private sectors, in line with national strategies aimed at supporting economic growth, enhancing the competitiveness of the real estate market, and improving the quality of life for citizens, as outlined in its stated objectives.
