His Excellency the Deputy Minister of Municipalities and Housing, Mr. Ehab bin Ghazi Al-Hashani, affirmed today that the transformation witnessed by the real estate sector in the Kingdom is based on raising performance efficiency, improving implementation methods, and clarifying procedures, which contributes to achieving sustainable growth based on clear regulatory frameworks and enhances the stability of the real estate market..
This came during his participation in a dialogue session within the activities of the fifth edition of the Future Real Estate Forum, where His Excellency explained that the real estate sector is witnessing a shift from working with individual solutions and exceptions to an organized executive model based on specific systems and procedures, which contribute to improving the business environment and increasing the sector's attractiveness for investment and financing..
His Excellency the Deputy Minister of Municipalities and Housing pointed out that the expansion of the housing sector was achieved through the transition from separate projects to an integrated system that includes land, licenses, standards, financing, and implementation, stressing that clear procedures, land availability, adherence to timelines, and clear exit mechanisms are essential elements in enhancing investor confidence..
His Excellency explained that municipalities are no longer merely service providers, but have become active players in economic development and investment, supported by clear regulatory tools that contribute to the development, efficiency, and sustainability of cities..
