The 35th edition of Restatex Riyadh Real Estate Exhibition 2026 will be launched in the capital, Riyadh, from February 11 to 14, 2026, at the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center, under the patronage of His Excellency the Minister of Municipalities and Housing, Mr. Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogail, and with the participation of a number of government agencies, real estate companies, developers, and investors.
The exhibition is being organized at a time when the real estate sector in the Kingdom is witnessing rapid regulatory and legislative activity, in addition to the implementation of a number of development projects, reflecting a development phase that requires strengthening integration between regulatory, financial and executive bodies, discussing issues related to regulating the real estate market, developing business models, and raising the efficiency of planning and implementation.
The exhibition is scheduled to witness the launch of the first edition ofthe PropNext Forum. It is held as a specialized dialogue platform that discusses, through its sessions, topics related to real estate legislation, financing tools, investment attractiveness, and real estate development trends, with the participation of specialists from the public and private sectors, and in a way that contributes to understanding current transformations and anticipating future growth paths for the real estate market in the Kingdom and the Middle East region.
