He currently serves as Deputy Minister for Strategy and Planning. He previously headed the Performance and Benefits Center and led the Ministry’s digital transformation.

He established an integrated planning and performance management framework covering more than 270 municipalities and municipal authorities, and led the activation of the Balady platform and its integration with more than 70 government entities. He also oversaw the automation of municipal licensing and services while strengthening governance and compliance.

Previously, he held academic, consulting, and leadership positions at Imam Muhammad ibn Saud Islamic University and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
