- Improving of facility and service management through city central management
This initiative aims to manage and coordinate development of the city’s facilities and services by coordinating implementation of projects for urban development and public facilities and services, in addition to coordinating all urban development projects across the city and monitoring provision of services and operations through integrated local management centers for the city that have all cutting-edge technologies, as well as activating the role of municipal councils represented by citizens. The initiative geographical scope includes the five major cities (the Holy Capital, Madinah, Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam Metropolitan Area).
