Notes / Alerts

The commercial activity license must be canceled before the Commercial Registration (CR) can be canceled.
The license will be automatically canceled after one year or more from its expiration date.
Delaying the cancellation of the license may result in renewal fees being charged when the license is canceled, in accordance with the Executive Regulations for Municipal Licensing Procedures (1438 AH). You can access the fee information calculator through the link.
The cancellation fee is SAR 20, and the license must be valid.

In the event that the cancellation is not immediate, attachments are requested to prove the closure of the activity.
