Start the service- Adoption of special plans
An electronic service available on the Balady platform that allows landowners to apply for and obtain final approval after completing and handing over the infrastructure to the relevant service authorities. The service also facilitates the issuance of land subdivision reports required for title deed issuance from the Ministry of Justice and Real Estate Registry Company.

3. Select the engineering office to be authorized.
4. Attach the required documents.
5. Sign the ownership declaration.

Submit electronically only through Balady portal
1. A preliminary approval decision issued by the municipality.
2. A valid electronic title deed updated by the Ministry of Justice.
3. An electronic title deed approved for planning by the Ministry of Justice.
4. A land scheme drawing for final approval.
5. A contract with an engineering office.
6. The executed land scheme after implementation.
7. Completion certificates from relevant service authorities.
No documents are required for this service.
