The application is sent to the license holder for approval. 10. Once approved, the tenant can print the certificate by accessing the Collective Residence Licenses list, selecting the relevant license, then from the Actions menu choosing View List of Residence Proof Certificates, selecting the certificate, and printing it from the Actions menu.
