An electronic service available on the Balady platform, allowing beneficiaries to submit a request for the transport and preparation of the deceased to the Mortuary Services Department (Honoring the Deceased Department). The cemetery is reserved, and the authority arranges the transport and preparation of the body at a specified date and time for the funeral prayer without the need to visit the authority.

- Visit the Balady platform/ application
- Select the service “Request for Transport and Preparation of the Deceased”.
- Log in via the National Unified Access or through the Balady account.
- A list of requests will appear, and the user can view the details of any request by clicking the “Details” button.
- To submit a new request, click the “Create New Transport and Preparation Request” button.
- Enter the deceased’s details, place of death, burial site, and select the cemetery and transport service provider.
- The request is submitted to the Mortuary Services Department (Honoring the Deceased Department), which assigns an entity to handle the transport and preparation.
