An electronic service available on the Balady platform, allowing beneficiaries to select and reserve a cemetery for a specified date and funeral prayer time without requiring transportation and preparation services or direct contact with the Mortuary Services Department (Honoring the Deceased Department). No in-person visit to the authority is required.

Log in to the Balady platform.
Select the service “Reserving a Cemetery”.
Log in via the National Unified Access or through the Balady account
Your requests list will appear, and you can view the details of any request through the “Details” button.
To submit a new request, click on the “Reserve Cemetery” button.
Enter the deceased’s details, select the cemetery, and specify the burial date and time.
The request is submitted to the Mortuary Services Department (Honoring the Deceased Department), which arranges the cemetery.
