An electronic service available on the Balady platform that allows individuals, government entities, engineering offices, and establishments to apply for a Vacant Land Fencing Permit without the need to visit the relevant authority
- "Save the page"
- Access the Balady portal using Unified National Access (Absher).
- Select "Balady Services".
- Choose "Vacant Land Fencing Permit".
- Read the instructions and confirm the accuracy of the provided information.
- Select "Vacant Land Fencing Permit Issuance Service".
- Verify the mobile number.
- Identify the owner and applicant type.
- Select the survey decision for which the fencing permit is required.
- If a survey decision exists, select it.
- If no survey decision exists, an engineering office must issue the decision before proceeding with the permit request.
- Choose an engineering office.
- Submit the request to the engineering office.
- The engineering office prepares the required designs and blueprints.
- A payment invoice is generated.
- Upon payment completion, the permit is issued and can be printed.
