The Ministry of Municipalities and Housing, represented by the Ministry's Agency for Developmental Housing, signed a memorandum of understanding with the Arab Academy, as part of the activities ofthe "Cityscape Global 2025" exhibition."Hosted byRiyadhfrom November 17 to 20, the event will feature broad local and international participation in the real estate development sector..
The memorandum aims to raise the level of coordination and cooperation between the two sides to benefit from shared experiences and expertise, and to build development and training programs that contribute to empowering the most needy groups of beneficiaries of developmental housing, and to provide training and qualification opportunities that help them integrate into the labor market, in line with the directions of Saudi Vision 2030.
The memorandum includes the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing nominating beneficiaries who meet the conditions, and providing advisory support in accordance with regulations and instructions. The Arab Academy will also work on preparing and implementing specialized training programs, and providing periodic reports that explain the results of the training and progress indicators, in addition to determining the appropriate time periods for each program according to the actual need.
The signing of this memorandum comes as an extension of the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing’s efforts to empower beneficiaries of developmental housing programs, enhance partnership with the private sector, and develop the skills of national cadres in a way that contributes to achieving social impact and sustainable development.
