Select construction license services.
Select the service “add and modify building components”.
Read the instructions and acknowledge the accuracy of the information.

Determine the owner and applicant type.
Select the building license for which you want to obtain the permit for adding and modifying building components.
Select the engineering office (approved designer) or retrieve it from the insurance if there is coverage available.

Select the request to the engineering office
