Correcting the status of a government building
Start the service- Construction licenses
An electronic service provided on the Balady platform that allows users to submit an application for issuing a license to correct the status of a government building without the need to visit the relevant authority.

Access the Balady portal through unified access. (Nafath)
Identify the applicant as an authorized representative for an establishment.
Select the authorized government entity.
Choose the building license or survey report for which you want to issue a license to correct the status of a government building.
Select the engineering office.
Submit the request to the engineering office.
The engineering office will choose the building type as government.
The engineering office will complete the data and prepare the required plans.
The municipality will review and approve the request.
After the request is approved, the license is issued and can be printed.
