An electronic service available on the Balady platform, allowing beneficiaries to print a burial certificate via Ikram platform without the need to visit the authority.

1. Visit the Balady/Ikram platform.
2. Select the service “Burial Certificate Printing”.
3. Log in via the National Unified Access or through the Balady account.
4. Enter the deceased’s details and the body recipient’s information, then click ""Verify"".
5. Once the mobile number of the body recipient is verified, the certificate is displayed and can be printed.
