An electronic service available on the Balady platform, allowing individuals to register a complaint or observation related to municipal services. The report is then processed by the relevant authority, without the need for an in-person visit.
- "Save the page"
1. Log in to the Balady app.
2. Select the main report type - category and subcategory.
3. Specify the specialized classification.
4. Determine and confirm the report location on the map, or it will be
automatically assigned based on the classification.
5. Add a description of the report.
6. Attach images of the report.
7. Confirm the accuracy of the data and submit the report.
