Inquiry About Transactions Service
Start the service- Customer Relations System
An electronic service available on the Balady platform, allowing beneficiaries to track administrative correspondence transactions recorded in the Murasilat system across the Ministry and its affiliated municipalities. The service is linked to the central administrative communication system at the Ministry, without the need to visit the authority.

1. Log in to the Balady portal via Unified Access (Absher).
2. Select Customer Relations Services.
3. Choose Inquiry About Transactions.
4. Review instructions and confirm information accuracy.
5. Select the transaction authority (Ministry or Municipality).
6. Choose the municipality related to the transaction.
7. Select the transaction year.
8. Choose the transaction type.
9. Enter the verification code.
10. Submit the inquiry.
11. The system will display the transaction details based on the search criteria.
