Update of Classification Certificate
Start the service- City Service Providers Classification
An electronic service available on the Balady platform allows beneficiaries to update the owner's name and establishment name on the classification certificate. Additionally, activities can be updated exclusively within the previously classified fields, without the need to visit the authority.
- "Save the page"
● The user selects City Service Providers Classification from the list of services on the Balady platform.
● The user logs into the system.
● The Beneficiary’s Requests screen appears.
● Each request has two buttons: "Update Certificate Details" and "Update Activities".
● If the beneficiary clicks "Update Certificate Details", they can update the establishment name or the owner’s name.
● If the beneficiary clicks "Update Activities", they can modify the activities, which will be retrieved based on the contractor’s classified sector.

A valid classification certificate.
No documents are required for this service.
