"Sakani" announces that nearly 28,000 Saudi families have benefited from its housing options since the beginning of 2023

The “Sakani” program announced that 27,994 Saudi families have benefited from all housing options and financing solutions provided by the program electronically to its beneficiaries through easy and convenient procedures since the beginning of the year until the end of last March. The number of families who moved into their homes reached 29,793 families, within the framework of joint efforts to improve the affordability of housing costs, in order to achieve the goals of the Housing Program - one of the programs of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 - by providing opportunities to own suitable housing for Saudi families, through the provision of multiple housing products and diverse financing solutions.
The program explained in a press statement today that the number of families benefiting from the program during the month of March reached 10,606 Saudi families, while the number of families who moved into their first home reached 9,089 families, by taking advantage of the optional support packages provided by "Sakani" to Saudi families, within the framework of continuous efforts to improve market efficiency and support families in owning homes, as these packages provide the beneficiary with flexible and multiple solutions, through providing immediate non-refundable support to beneficiaries of ready-made housing units, under construction and self-build, in partnership with the Real Estate Development Fund and financing entities from banks, financing institutions and real estate developers, noting that these packages and diverse options come from the belief of "Sakani" in the continuity of housing support and the importance of diversifying financing and housing options to accelerate the pace of Saudi families owning their homes.
“Sakani” provides several services through its multiple channels to serve beneficiaries, as 195,787 services were provided to beneficiaries who contacted the program through the official account on the “Twitter” platform, as well as the unified center for beneficiary care and (WhatsApp Business). The “Sakani” website and application also provide a variety of housing facilities and services, including real estate consultant, issuing real estate transaction tax certificates for the first home, obtaining price quotes from financing entities, issuing land contracts electronically, benefiting from the engineering designs service and the “approved contractor”, the electronic financing service and the “real estate market”, as well as registration and immediate eligibility, and issuing building permits electronically.
