Service Terms
To qualify as a real estate developer, the entity must have one of the following approved activities:
Buying, selling, and subdividing land and real estate, including off-plan sales.
Building construction.
Selling, renting, purchasing, and developing real estate.
Alternatively, a real estate developer can authorize a certified engineering office to act on their behalf.
