Adding and Modifying Building Components
Start the service- Construction licenses
An electronic service available on the Balady platform, allowing users to add, modify, or remove building components from their existing building permit without the need to visit the authority.
- "Save the page"
- Access the dashboard and select your user role
- Select the service via “New Application” to start the application
- Select the type of owner and applicant.
- Choose the building permit for which you wish to issue a modification.
- Select the design engineering office (certified designer) or retrieve it from the insurance if applicable.
- Select the supervising engineering office or retrieve it from the insurance.
- Select the construction contractor or retrieve it from the insurance.
- Submit the application to the engineering office.
- The engineering office will complete the required data and prepare the necessary plans.
- A payment invoice will be issued.
- After payment is completed, the modified permit will be issued and can be printed.
