Issuing a Collective Housing License for Individuals
Start the service- Group housing services for individuals
An electronic service available on the Balady platform, allowing property owners and tenants to obtain a collective housing license to ensure compliance with the health, technical, and safety requirements for collective housing without the need to visit the authority.
- "Save the page"
- Access the dashboard and select your user role
- Select the service via “New Application” to start the application
- The beneficiary fills in the application details and submits it to the municipality.
- The relevant municipality verifies that the location meets the spatial requirements, then either approves the request or returns it with observations.
- The beneficiary can complete the application within 90 days from the date of initial approval.
- The municipality or engineering office (depending on the track) receives the request and completes the procedure until the license is issued.

2. Coordinates of the housing unit to be licensed.
3. Detailed property information (property type, building
area, number of restrooms, number of rooms, room area).
4. Ownership details (title deed for owned properties, lease contract for rented
properties).
5. Photos of the property to be licensed.
6. Lease contract copy (if applicable).
7. Having a valid safety permit
