The National Housing Company (NHC ) launched the first phase of the “Al-Asala” project for beneficiaries of the “Sakani” program in Riyadh. This is one of the projects under construction that the company is developing southwest of Riyadh in partnership with the private sector and is supervised by the off-plan sales or leasing program “Wafi”. The new project provides 629 housing units of varying sizes and designs to suit all the needs of Saudi families, as an extension of about 5,000 units that will be launched successively during the current month of April.

The “Al Asala” project, which spans a total area of more than 3.8 million square meters, is distinguished by its modern designs and diverse models with easy monthly installments. It provides more than 3,000 residential units ranging between villas and townhouses, designed according to the highest standards with areas ranging between 336-558 square meters per unit. The project is one of a number of projects that the city of Riyadh embraces, providing about 35,000 residential units within 28 projects under construction.

The “Al-Asala” project, developed by the National Housing Company, comes as an extension of efforts to increase the supply of residential real estate and provide sustainable housing and financing solutions through building systems and legislation, to increase the rate of homeownership for Saudi families to 70% by 2030 – according to the objectives of the Housing Program.
