The Real Estate Unit Sorting Program has launched a service to verify building permit data from the Baladi platform for sorting requests, enabling engineering offices to automatically inquire about building permit data while submitting sorting requests, as building permits are a basic requirement to complete the sorting process.

In a press release issued today, the program explained that the service contributes to ensuring the quality of data for subdivided real estate units, reduces the time required for verifying building permit data and entering permit data by the engineering office into the subdivision request, and minimizes errors in permit data entry, as permit data is automatically retrieved and reflected in the unit subdivision platform. Real estate .

The program had previously launched the “Distinguished Service”, which contributed to reducing the time period for engineering offices to submit sorting requests, and speeding up data entry procedures by them to 70%, through an engine that analyzes the property plan according to the surveying measurements automatically instead of entering them manually .

It is noted that the system of real estate unit ownership, sorting and management and its executive regulations aims to enhance the role of the real estate unit sorting program in sorting real estate complexes in both their residential and commercial aspects, while ensuring the preservation of the rights of units in the common parts, and identifying those parts, systems and service facilities within the properties and between the properties within the real estate complex .

It is worth mentioning that the Real Estate Unit Sorting Program comes within the efforts of the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing to regulate the real estate sector in a way that ensures the preservation of rights, good use, and facilitating the procedures for issuing ownership documents, to contribute to raising the percentage of Saudi families owning property to 70% by the year 2030, according to the objectives of the Housing Program - one of the programs of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 -.
