The Sakani program announced the start of handing over residential units to beneficiaries of the Sea View project in Al-Khobar city in its first phase, with 450 residential villas, after the completion of work on them and the delivery of services and infrastructure, within the framework of the program’s keenness to deliver the units to beneficiaries as soon as they are completed, in an effort to achieve the objectives of the Housing Program – one of the programs of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 – to raise the rate of homeownership to 70% by 2030, stressing that work is underway to deliver the rest of the units to beneficiaries as soon as possible.
The project, which includes 860 villas in the Al-Aziziyah neighborhood in Al-Khobar Governorate, is located on an area of approximately 358,620,93 m2. Many service sites have been allocated in the project for various government agencies, in addition to providing mosques, schools, parks, green spaces and commercial facilities that provide a quality of life for the residents. The project includes multiple options in terms of spaces with 4 different designs that meet the desires and aspirations of the beneficiaries.
The Eastern Province includes 35 residential projects under construction that provide about 22,000 units of various designs and sizes in partnership with real estate developers in the private sector. The program also provides about 17,000 residential land plots within 19 schemes distributed in various cities, governorates and centers of the region, which were offered to the beneficiaries of “Sakani” through the website and smartphone application, enabling them to reserve them and issue their contracts, in addition to what the program provides in other options, by benefiting from the mortgage loan supported at a rate of up to 100%.
