The Restatex Riyadh Real Estate Exhibition 2026 concluded its 35th edition, held under the patronage of His Excellency the Minister of Municipalities and Housing, Mr. Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogail, from February 11 to 14, 2026 at the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center. .

The current edition saw the value of projects and investment opportunities presented exceed 24 billion riyals, with the participation of more than 85 exhibitors from real estate development companies and financing and investment entities, in addition to a growth in the number of participating developers by more than 15% compared to the previous edition. .

The exhibition attracted over 90,000 visitors over four days, with exhibitors showcasing more than 20,000 residential units across a variety of projects, including diverse housing products and development plans, reflecting the breadth of offerings in the real estate market. .

The exhibition witnessed the signing of approximately 100 cooperation agreements and memoranda of understanding between developers and financing and investment entities, in the fields of development, financing and services related to the real estate sector. .

Among the projects announced during the exhibition was the “Noor Khuzam” project north of Riyadh, which includes more than 3,000 residential units, with an investment value exceeding 3.3 billion riyals, within an alliance that includes a number of development companies, as part of the ongoing work to increase the supply of housing in Riyadh.

Restatex Riyadh is an annual event specializing in the real estate sector, bringing together developers, investors and financing entities, in addition to organizing specialized dialogue sessions that discuss a number of topics related to real estate legislation, financing tools and digital transformation in the sector.
