Improving efficiency and effectiveness of Complaints System (940)

    This initiative aims to provide a single platform for receiving and swiftly responding to complaints through a unified system supporting municipalities, helping set priorities and improving the quality of the municipal services provided to citizens in order to deal with complaints about municipal services provided by MOMRAH and municipalities. This initiative targets all residents of Saudi cities.
