The Real Estate Units Subdivision Service provides the procedures and requirements for sorting (subdividing) a building or real estate complex into multiple real estate units. The Service establishes all the information on the unit, its share of land, thecommon parts of the real estate, and the rights of use. Beneficiaries—owners or developers—can access the e-service through one of the approved consulting or surveying offices. Following review and approval of the request, sorting records will be issued and electronically transmitted to the notary public before being delivered to the beneficiary or buyer.
